Shipping policy

All orders ship from our fulfillment centers in the United States.

U.S. Shipping

Standard (3-5 business days) — FREE on every U.S. order.

Express (2-3 business days) — $9.95, available at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Issues

If your tracking hasn't updated, your package is late, or anything else looks off, email us at support@sashasbaby.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
