30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the day you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@sashasbaby.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send an item back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't issue a refund for items that don't reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@sashasbaby.com within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including the return shipping.
